Solid Choice for a Relaxing Stay

The beach had beautiful white sand. I appreciate the daily work collecting seaweed. I did also enjoy the activities like dances and yoga. The employees was very friendly. They were helpful too. The buffet provided many food choices. I like that everything was near my room. I had no problems getting around. The room was always clean. Staff raked the beach every morning. This kept it seaweed free. They answered all my questions. The grounds are beautiful. The beachfront location is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff, especially in the restaurants, are attentive.

The main pool floor need some looking at.

the beach was kept clean, they collected the seaweed each morning.

Our room smelled badly of mold. they moved us far away. transport service never arrived. We walked in rain to dinner. water cut out, mostly mornings. staff were rude and didnt seem to care.

The staff were friendly and helpful (most of the time).

The food quality was consistently low, and I found it difficult to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants. There was no consistency as to when the restaurants were available to reserve and the process to find out was convoluted.

I found the beach clean with a good vibe. there were plenty of sunbeds and shady palm trees. the bars worked fast and efficiently, with reasonable quality drinks included. i especially appreciated that i didn't need cash . The all-inclusive package covered everything.

i found the staff friendly (especially at the bars). the nightly shows provided good entertainment and many daily activities occurred near the pool. i was happy with the room cleanliness. the gardens near the trails made for nice morning walks as i enjoyed the ocean sounds.

the buffet did run out of plates at times. sometimes i had to ask multiple times for a drink. it was a minor inconvenience.
